The Macfox X7 pairs a distinctive curved steel frame with extra-wide fat tires for everyday riding. Its 500W rear hub motor delivers up to 750W peak power and a manufacturer-listed top speed of 20 mph. Front suspension and hydraulic disc brakes add comfort and control, while the LED headlight and taillight help keep the bike visible.

This standard X7 configuration includes one removable 48V 13Ah (624Wh) battery, with a manufacturer-rated range of up to 35 miles and a charging time of approximately 5–6 hours. The bike features a 20 × 4.5-inch front tire, 20 × 5-inch rear tire, a 30-inch seat height, and a maximum rider weight of 330 lb. Actual range varies with rider weight, terrain, riding mode, and conditions.

New, unused items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund of the product price minus shipping costs. For bikes and e-bikes, see the bike-specific policy.

Return eligibility begins on the delivery date. If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all included parts and accessories.

All returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense. Approved returns may qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Custom-built items, modified products, and batteries are non-returnable once delivered.

Please allow 10–30 days after receipt for return processing.
