The Macfox X2 Pro adds full suspension and a larger battery to Macfox’s moto-inspired electric-bike platform. Its 750W motor delivers up to 1,000W peak power, with a manufacturer-listed top speed of 20 mph. A high-strength carbon steel frame, front suspension fork, rear shocks, and hydraulic disc brakes provide a capable foundation, paired with a 20 × 4.5-inch front tire and 20 × 5-inch rear tire.

This single-battery configuration includes a removable 48V 20Ah (960Wh) battery with a manufacturer-rated range of up to 40 miles and an approximate charging time of 6–7 hours. The X2 Pro features LED lighting, a 32-inch seat height, approximately 72 lb bike weight, and a maximum rider weight of 330 lb. Actual range varies with rider weight, terrain, riding mode, and conditions.

New, unused items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund of the product price minus shipping costs. For bikes and e-bikes, see the bike-specific policy.

Return eligibility begins on the delivery date. If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all included parts and accessories.

All returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense. Approved returns may qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Custom-built items, modified products, and batteries are non-returnable once delivered.

Please allow 10–30 days after receipt for return processing.
